The Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa of the Ontario Association of Library Technicians/Association des bibliotechniciens de l’Ontario, is holding a second Google Apps workshop to introduce you to these other apps:

Please join us to explore how these other applications work together to give you a full-service account.
This will be a longer information session so, if we have time, we’ll review some of the apps from the first session. If you would like an app reviewed, please reply to this e-mail, indicating which app(s).

Feel free again to bring your tablet or laptop, to follow along. If you don’t already have a Gmail account, it would be appreciated and preferable if you please establish one before attending this session.
The presentation will be in English. However questions in French will be welcome.

Date: May 25, 2019
Time: 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. (please arrive 10 minutes early to get connected to Algonquin’s WiFi)
Place: Room P305, Building P, Algonquin College, 1385 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa
Fee:  $5.00 (cash only – half of your fee will go to our Jean Desislets Student Sponsorship Fund which has just sponsored an Algonquin student to OALT/ABO’s Annual Conference in Niagara Falls)

Algonquin College requires a $5.00 parking fee, if you park on campus.

As well, Algonquin is now a smoke-free facility: as per Clause 3 in our room rental contract: The Client acknowledges that AC is a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited inside of all buildings of the Premises and smoking outside of buildings is only allowed in designated areas. OR Clause 19: SMOKING: Algonquin College is a SMOKE FREE Campus. At no time in any location is smoking permitted; this policy will be monitored and enforced by Campus Security Services.
