45th Annual General Meeting of OALT/ABO

Dear Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa member,

We would like to remind Chapter members that the Annual General Meeting of the OALT/ABO will be taking place on Saturday May 05, 2018 at the Travelodge Hotel in Belleville: https://oaltabo.on.ca/conference/annual-general-meetings-minutes/.

Members in good standing, who are unable to attend the meeting in person, can appoint a proxy. This individual does not need to be a member, as they will be the member’s nominee to attend and act at the meeting in the manner, to the extent and with the authority conferred by the proxy. If a member wishes to appoint a proxy, they are required to complete the form, signing and dating it and giving it to the proxy to submit to the Chair of the Annual General Meeting, the President of the Association, prior to the call for order.
