2016 conference assistance

Hi everyone:

As part of the conference plans we are looking for sponsors as well as we are planning a vendor exhibit hall for all conference attendees.

To achieve both of these goals, the conference committee would appreciate your assistance.

For any of you that deal with vendors, we would appreciate if you could share with us the following :

• Vendor’s company
• Contact information including address, phone and email
• Website
• What services they provide to your company
