Our new website
The Communications Committee, on behalf of the Executive of the Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa is now able to provide an update on our website, as promised in our message to the membership in March 2015. Our team has been working extremely hard to ensure that our content was reviewed and moved over to our new website. Therefore, effective May 1st, 2015, the Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa website will be located on the Association server, and located at https://ottawa.oaltabo.on.ca/.

Annual General Meeting at the Conference
We also would like to remind members that the Annual General Meeting of OALT/ABO will be taking place on Saturday May 9, 2015 at Seneca College – Newnham Campus. Details can be found at: https://oaltabo.on.ca/conference/annual-general-meetings-minutes/.
Members in good standing, who are unable to attend the meeting in person, can appoint a proxy. This individual does not need to be a member, as they will be the member’s nominee to attend and act at the meeting in the manner, to the extent and with the authority conferred by the proxy. If a member wishes to appoint a proxy, they are required to complete the form, signing and dating it and giving it to the proxy to submit to the Chair of the Annual General Meeting, the president of the Association, prior to the call for order.
